I visited Boston for the first time ever last September, from Indiana, to see the Red Sox play the Yankees (). I don't even care about all the homeless that were hanging around outside, when it got dark. I Boston in its entirety. I had Sweet Caroline stuck in my soul for weeks after that trip.

This hotel was one of the better ones we've stayed at that was part of the Hilton brand. Really nice overall. We were given water upon arrival. Our room smelled so fresh when we walked in! Good view of the city from our room. Pretty decent breakfast. Garage parking was across from the hotel, walking distance. The only reason I gave a 4-star rating was the location, being so close to a hospital. We kept hearing sirens and even though we we given ear plugs, we were only given one pair and there were 4 of us. Not too bad though... read more

Very disappointing front desk service. I mistakenly booked only one night instead of two and was willing to pay extra to stay in the same room, but the staff was extremely impatient and unhelpful. We were traveling with a tired child late at night and were forced to move rooms across different floors. One employee even complained in front of other guests that he could not understand my English, which felt very disrespectful. This experience did not feel like the level of service expected from a Hilton property.

Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast included - make your own waffles eggs, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, etc. Spacious breakfast area. Lobby has a fireplace. Hotel is in good location to/from airport and to/from cruise port terminal.

Noisy,sirens day and night. Next to Boston Medical center. Provided ear plugs.
