Rooms were nice and clean. Service is awful. Power was out when we got up in the morning, couldn't use any of the facilities, shower, gym, pool, ect. No breakfast due to power outage. Ask about some sort of comp for the room when we checked out they said we would have to call the manager. Had to call 4 different times between 2 days to get ahold of the manager and when we did speak she just said we should've stayed longer till the 12 check out since the power had came back on by then. On Agoda.com we booked the the room with the mini bar included, but when we checked in, they told us there was no mini bar. After our stay, we called the Hilton customer service and they didn't want to help us because we booked through a 3rd party. When we checked in, we tried to ask for complementary bottles of water and were told they were all out. And then they asked us to buy their water from the hotels store. I thought, if we paid more than $200 per night that they would at least provide a few bottles of water. The hot ... read more
