Clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. Right next to the ford Idaho center, which my room faced, so I could hear the music from a concert. But it was over early enough and didn’t disrupt my sleep. The cleanliness was great, better than other Hampton inns and comparable hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Only 15-20 min from the airport. Would def stay here again!
The shower head was horrible. I've been staying in Hampton Inns for my entire vacation with a couple exceptions due to unavailability. Some of the Inns have new shower heads, but about half of them have the awful small white shower heads. Last night was the absolute worst! I tried every setting and none were remotely adequate. My other complaint about the room applies to all the other Hampton Inns, too. The pillows are awful. Most have been down pillows and those provide no support at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. I barely slept. The AC was very loud which contributed to my poor sleep. The next night we slept on an air mattress in our car and it was way more comfortable and a hell of a lot cheaper!
Do not stay here if you plan to get any sleep. Walls are think with I’m guessing no insulation. If there is anyone in the rooms surrounding you, you will not get sleep until everyone stops moving. Stay somewhere better, you deserve it.
