I usually stay here when I'm in Boerne. The staff is always friendly and the food is good. This time, however, I had a problem with my room. The carpet was filthy. The first night I walked around barefoot and when I got in the shower black dirt was coming off from the bottom of my feet. I had to wear socks or shoes just lounging around in my room to keep my feet clean. I notified staff and they said they would ensure the floor was cleaned when I departed. I want to thank all the staff at the Boerne Hampton Inn including Vanessa, Ashley, Maggie,Jane. We had a problem with our reservations through Booking.com. Vanessa took our problem on as her own working with booking.com. We ended up with a refund of our original reservations. We then rebooked with the hotel directly. We saved over $100 for 2 nights and had a wonderful pleasant stay in their facility. Loved the room,$1.25 laundry, pool, breakfast, 24hr coffee bar and fitness room.
