Somebody should check on the receptionist to see is He/she is ok. Between me and customer service we have tried for over an hour to get ahold of someone here. I just need a simple question answered. I’ll update this review once my stay is complete.
We checked in today and let me tell you, Maya at the front desk, was the highlight of our trip. Of course the accommodations were great and the restaurant/bar next door Oakaries was awesome - but Maya was the light of the day. She deserves every bit of recognition she gets. She is the peak of southern hospitality! Eleven stars out of ten!
Great customer service culture, rooms were spotless and well kept throughout the stay, breakfast was well kept and stocked with more options than many Hampton Inns accommodate. They spared no expense with the design of the lobby, hallways and rooms. Solid owners and or management.
