When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean it smelled, just walking in the entrance. Extremely polite customer service. They are in the middle of some construction but you can’t tell it. It’s quiet and everything is exceptionally clean. The room was nice and cool just walking into. The entire experience is A+
Great facility pet friendly and extraordinary variety in the food court for breakfast. Staff friendly and proffesional.
After driving for 8 hours, we pulled up to our previously booked hotel room to see the hotel completely under renovations. They had most of the parking taken up with equipment and supplies and signs up that said they will be working on the renovations from 8am-7pm. We were never informed about this when booking. They did issue a refund without issue.
