I had an EXTREMELY important meeting and the very kind lady at the front desk, Marie helped me out tremendously!! Her customer service was the best I’ve had! so kind and she was cleaning the front lobby, restocking, greeting guests, making sure the entrance was presentable for visitors. I highly recommend the Hamptons because of their great customer service and staff!!
They have some construction going on but it wasn’t loud and nothing was really in the way either. The breakfast was pretty good too. The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Our room was amazing! It was clean and comfortable and they gave us plenty of water bottles for our stay. So all in all, it was a good stay!
Hotel is currently being updated. Very nice.
It is under renovations, they do there best to accommodate the guests during this!
