I'm a Realtor by day and a Field Tech by night, so I stay in many different hotels across West Texas. This one won my heart. I walk into this spacious room with a tv monitor that Welcomes me by name. They also have free water bottles! Thier check out time is noon!!! As much as I work at night, this check out time is super convenient for me to cat nap before I get back on the road. This hotel is now my favorite ❤️ Thank you Hampton Inn, you made my day 💯
The room was a big disappointment. We got a 2 bed no pullout room for 4 people, and the quality of the furniture was not that great. The couches were uncomfortable, the fridge was put in a weird, hidden spot next to a bed, and the whole layout of the room was just really awkward. The worst offender was the bed. Every time you move, it makes a super loud "boom" sound. Go to Marriott.
Checked into the room and sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, both beds had dirty sheets,it had hairs and an eye lash was left behind. I got checked into another room and toilet didnt work.......
