Nice, convenient hotel
ZERO STARS. I have called the Mgr at least 12 times in the past 2 months. Please return my phone call. As you know, we had a very bad experience at the hotel and were lied to in person. Hilton claims you have reimbursed me but you have not. I have left my number with the front desk every single time. Avoidance is unprofessional. Crazy how a Hilton member is treated...
An outstanding A+ hotel. We stayed four nights July 2025. Friendly staff, easy check-in, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location on Pittsfield Road near Holmes Road, all-around PERFECT hotel stay
Had the executive suite, spacious and clean but not impressed with the water pressure of the shower was very weak. Also parking is very tight and I was driving a CDL truck Had some trouble with finding a place to park. Breakfast is a must got to try making a waffle best thing for the day.
