The check-in process was amazing. Oleg went above and beyond. He made sure we had the room that had the best view of the venue available. He walked us up to the room to see the view. He had great suggestions for the local area. 10/10 employee and customer service! Nice hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. Good spot to cycle the city, or walk over to the mill district. $12 to park.
It's a clean and very well-located Hampton, but prices have increased and you will now be charged for parking. The nickel-and-diming is a pity.
We stayed here (8/12/26) as part of our road trip from Michigan and back. We stayed in Hilton motels the entire trip, and this one is the only one to charge for parking - $12! Seriously? If you had simply increased the nightly charge by $12, nobody would notice. Another person staying there told me he was upset about the $7 parking fee.
