We have stayed here 5 or 6 times over the past two years. The location is good, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is okay. The customer service, however, is lacking. We have started staying at other hotels in the area because of this, and have been pleased with the service provided at other hotels in Bend.
Nice location, great staff, clean room
We were passing through and decided to spend the night. The rooms were clean and rested well. The breakfast was good and Kristi S., was attentive, approachable with a friendly smile. Thank you. As we sat and enjoyed our breakfast we noticed how beautiful the morning sun rays shined on the trees and we decided to take a walk. This was a beautiful experience and we will be making an effort to come again for a few days versus passing through Bend. Thank you, Hampton for the night stay and morning experience.
