After a long day of work, I was simply looking for a place to relax, get some rest, and be ready for the next day. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the front desk associate seemed overwhelmed. I asked where the elevator was for the second floor, and she simply pointed without offering much assistance.
