I am 5500 nights in hotels as a result of my traveling. I had a reservation for $159 for my first night and $189 for the second. 3 days in advance I decided to cancel the second night to drive to my next location. I called the hotel directly and cancelled the second night. "Bill" at the front desk cancelled the second night and confirmed the rate would not change. I have emailed the hotel and called and have not heard back, so I'm now writing my review. I made a reservation over the phone for 1 night - it would be 2 adults and my infant. I requested a crib in our room and that was confirmed twice. We have a travel crib at home, but we were traveling a long distance and it was one less thing to pack. I called a third time to confirm and was told there would be a crib in the room. We always enjoy our annual stay here when we visit for our wedding anniversary. Rooms are always clean, staff are welcoming and friendly and the building is quiet. Lots of places to shop nearby.
Hotel is nice and clean. The night "manager" Bill, should not be working in Hospitality at all. Doesn't know how to speak with people. Hotel doesn't know how to treat gold members and the perks, and was told we dont care if your gold or a non-member. the only reason we use Hilton is b.c we are gold members. Rest of the staff as a whole were nice. Towels - hotel needs to order more towels.Had to ask multiple times for towels for the pool and for the room and was only given one at a time, with long wait times in order to get t... read more
