Clean comfortable rooms, friendly service, great location!!
This hotel is a diamond in the rough in terms of beauty, comfort, cleanliness, and safe area. Big shout out to Tammy and James, the only two employees we interacted with. Tammy is courteous and efficient at the front desk, and James is so friendly and welcoming at the breakfast buffet, where he conscientiously keeps everything perfect. Both of them exude hospitality. Good job hiring them, Hampton Inn hiring managers!
The hotel was great. I would like to commend Bill who was super kind at our check in. We arrived late at night, we had 24 rooms reserved for our clients, and he had all the cards prepared in advance. Our clients were very happy. Thank you Bill!
Arrived Thur they said one elevator was down but would be fix Fri. Sunday is today and still not fixed. Another patron told us it has been broken for a month. I am looking to get a discount! DO NOT STAY HERE. WE HAD TO TAKE 7 bags of luggage down 6 flights of stairs today. I also want to add that an employee told me that the manager is not willing to pay the money to have the elevator fixed. Front desk denying
