I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and understand that policies are policies, but this was something else. I simply asked about the possibility of an early check-in after a long drive, and the way Tammy, the manager, responded was shockingly unprofessional. It wasn’t just a “no” — it was the tone, the attitude, and the complete lack of basic courtesy. My room was in great condition. The lobby is beautiful, the elevators are fast, and there's good quality (parameters, pthalate and cruelty free) soaps and lotions. My stay has been great and the location is convenient.
