Upon entering the Hampton (clearly burnt out from our travels)I was greeted by Tomas Eichelberger, the guest Manager. When our search began we discovered all the rooms had been sold out due to tournaments in the area. We were so impressed with the service we were given. He bent over backwards for us and found us a room in another location. Thanks to Tom we were able to get some rest and continue on our journey the next day.

PEEP SHOW! Unless you keep your blackout curtains closed! There is NO Privacy film on the windows. Who would have guessed! Grassy area on the 1st floor and parking next to the 2nd floor. Front desk guy picking up trash, and???? Kids playing! I have PTSD! No response from the manager or corporate! We had no idea until we parked directly in front of the 2nd floor. We could

There was no breakfast. It was supposed to be ready at 6, and was not ready by 6:45. They did not seem to care and directed us to a Starbucks (which they did not know directions — it was down the street— and told us to use GPS). Bathroom sink was clogged.

Got in at 9pm after a 15 hour drive. Woken up by property wide fire alarm at 7:15AM. The alarm stops while I'm jumping into clothes and since they chose not to do an intercom message and inform us of what is going on I contacted the front desk and asked. I was told this was a false alarm due to someone smoking a cigarette OUTSIDE the front doors of the property. I know hotels can't control what happens (pulled alarms, etc) but someone smoking OUTSIDE should not cause a fire alarm to go off. Asked them whether they planned to... read more
