How do you not have a single real glass/cup in the entire hotel... What was the point of booking a suite with a wet bar if I can't pour myself a drink without using a paper cup.
Lobby closed at 9pm? Front desk employees are statues, no pleasantries exchanged, mean mugged everything i walked thru the lobby. Nice rooms, uncomfortable pillows, and the internet is terrible here. Breakfast is mediocre, the coffee isn't hot or full,most time it was empty. I come down here at least 5-6 times a year, first time staying here, and the last.
This was an excellent option for my family and me in the area. The price and quality were great. The breakfast was as expected. Saima at the front desk was fantastic. She ensured we had a wonderful visit, and if we return for another baseball tournament, we know where we’ll be staying. Great job!
