We have been to several Hampton Inns and it seems this location has had some upgrades still have a dated image but you can see the upgrades that happen. Nice place to stay we really had to issue just the doors to the rooms our door slammed hard and took a little muscle to open. We had to rooms next door to each other 417 and 419. Stayed one night and very pleased. The front desk clerk was polite and kind. The room was very clean with nice furniture. The bed was comfy. Great location right by I20 with several restaurants with a 10 minute drive. Priced very fair. If im ever back in this area, this will be where i stay.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Augusta West. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when one of my family members required a handicapped-accessible room. Mohul and DJ provided exceptional service and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our visit. I also want to extend a special thank you to the amazing breakfast hostess—she was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to offer alternative options when certain items weren’t available. 3 Stars- the room is very nice. Clean, a/c works amazingly! But, do NOT STAY here for a pool! So disappointed.. pool is completely inside. In the basement! It is a very small pool and was not clear at all. Did not look clean nor appealing at all for July in Augusta. Super disappointing, but rooms are nice😩
