Great as always, my wife made a mistake of booking Best Western Plus for a week and it sucked! They charged us more and didn't even have any lotion! Most of the higher end hotels like Hampton I n n, provide you with this amenity. They take care of their customers!....... Post script (P.S.) do yourself a favor, ask for a room on the other side of the freeway! You will not get any sleep on the side of the freeway rooms.
