Rooms are your mediocre hotel rooms, not well kept up. Was disappointed with how little staff they had running the place. Our room had a clogged bathtub and we were FORCED to move in the middle of the night with 2 small children.
My family stayed here for 1 night and it was amazing. Great reception, clean and cozy environment. Close to stores and fast foods. Only downside is I wish they had a microwave in the room to warm our food.
Check in was problematic. Multiple guests checked in while we waited but the just couldn’t verify our room was ready. Very rude desk clerks.
While Chad king in, front desk greeted us Nicky with a smile. They simply asked for an ID and credit card( the usual). Then the lovely front desk proceeded by letting me know that I reached the diamond statues and I can pick bottles of water and some snacks( the perks). Room was clean and neat. Coffee in the room with a small fridge to cool your drinks. Breakfast from 6-10, which is the usual eggs, potatoes, sausages, bagels which you can toast and more. Highly recommend and will be back.
