Already wrote a long review to I guess corporate that sends an email, so don't want to write the numerous complaints again. But in short we didn't feel welcomed when we arrived and other issues during our stay. For the price of the room compared to nearby other hotels, you'd think we could at least had a decent stay, if not good/excellent.
Our team stayed here for a tournament and we’re impressed by the cleanliness, quality, lobby large enough to hang out, and the location is hard to beat. We highly recommend this place and will be back on our next trip.
Customer service was awesome. I have traveled for work for the last 25 yes and I can honestly say this was one goes on my favorites list. Thank you to you and your staff making our stay enjoyable. Kudos to Regene and Jason, both were very friendly and accommodating.
