From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect, the Lobby is gorgeous, the location is great(love being 2 minutes from Walmart, Aldi and Starbucks lol) the room is really nice. I want to give a shout-out to Amber at the front desk, she is so friendly, sweet and really,just the kind of person you want greeting you after a 10+hour car ride and zero sleep. Thank you Amber!! My family visited Ashland to lay my parents to rest in Ashland Cemetery. At check-in, front desk agent Adam was the first to greet us. We told him the reason for our visit, and he was incredibly kind and understanding. Adam set the tone for our visit by truly making us feel at home, which is what my parents would have wanted.
