We recently stayed for one night on our way to cuyahoga valley scenic railroad. The man who checked us in was fantastic! And he needs to be recognized. I can't recall his name but he was working Friday night april 17th around 6pm. He was so accommodating and even shared menus and suggestions!
Great experience staying here. Rooms are roomy and clean. Had everything we needed. Love the Zero brand bath/toiletry products! Clean facility. They generous breakfast choices were fresh and delicious. And the front desk staff person, Adam, was very accommodating and helpful with everything. Friendly and professional. Location was good, with an assortment of eateries closeby. I would highly recommend this place when staying in this area.
The rooms are very clean for sure. Which was why I was so surprised that there was a baby mouse in my room. I booked two rooms (connecting). I went to the front desk I believe the front desk lady name was Tina or Traci not sure however she was soooo helpful. She moved our rooms. I didn’t want to ask them to comp my room because I know mice can be anywhere. I was so scared, and it was hard for me to sleep but for the price I guess you can’t beat it. I would stay again due to how convenient the location was.
Rooms were damaged and work was getting done. As a result, the Hampton attempted to book me in a neighboring hotel... Who would not take me in. Didn't even know I was coming. It was 2:30 in the morning and no one told me before I got there that this was going to happen. Neither my travel agent nor I knew before I arrived. The least the could have done was call me ahead of time to let me know there was a problem. I could have made alternate arrangements. Instead, I wound up sleeping in my car and can't get a refund!
