Hot bath near swimming pool was not working but it was not mentioned on website when I booked the hotel. That's cheating!! And Server was down when we about to check-in, we were wet because of raining as a result we went outside and checked-in late. Breakfast was good!
This property is just 5 minutes from the Asheville airport and they have a 24 hour shuttle. They also gave us a later check-out which we really appreciated since we arrived at almost midnight. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.
We are in the process of moving out of state from the Asheville. Our house is packed up, no beds or furniture, and we were turned away after booking a room online because we are "locals". Probably one of the dumbest blanket policies I've ever heard of. No common sense, no attempt to see reason from the manager, basically just told to pound sand. Go to Clarion down the road instead.
