Absolutely wonderful rooms very comfortable beds and mari the person at the counter was the best help I've gotten at a hotel ever
I usually stay at Hampton Inns because I am Hilton Honors Member and I know there is a minimum level of quality at the Hampton Inn that I can count on. This Hampton Inn was way below those standards. It is desperately in need of maintenance. It had threadbare carpets, wallpaper hanging off the wall, poor ventilation in the bathroom, unsafe elevators, etc. Our room smelled so bad we needed to go buy an air freshener. Carpet dirty, desk chair and sofa in suite uncomfortable, ac unit in bedroom very loud when coming off and on. Then to top things off our room suite was left dirty maids did not touch it
