If I could give this a zero, I would. On arrival, we found dirty sheets on the bed. The front desk gave me sheets to change them myself. When we removed the sheets, we found body fluids on both the mattress and bed base. We all slept in one bed refusing to sleep on the pullout. I reported this the next day. I was told they could not replace the mattress and housekeeping would be up. They only changed the sheets. The whole room was dirty. I found dead bugs on the carpet. Needed a pool. This property checked all the boxes. Outdoor pool and a nice seperate table area with umbrellas. King size bedroom nicely done. Pet friendly. The only surprise was a $10 per night parking fee.

When walking to room the carpet in hallway was visibly dirty .. once enter the room there was a noticeable smell coming from living/seating area. Furniture was out dated and stained visible mold on window area, dirt and dust on lamps . The air unit in living area when turned on smelled of mildew and urine. This hotel is low budget and beneath the Hilton/Hampton Inn brand. It’s dark and stale from the time you walk into the lobby. The hallways are covered by stained carpet, some of which looks like urine, possibly from dogs since this is a very pet friendly hotel with a reasonable pet fee compared to neighboring hotels ($50 per stay). Speaking the pets, the pet waste stations outside smell terrible. The pool was partly cloudy, which I expected from other reviews. They need to service that pool. Hampton Inn 124 Warmack dr., Annapolis MD. Date 06-26-25 to 06-30-25 On the day of check in we were moved to four different rooms for many reasons, starting with the air conditioning extremely noise, TV did not work, the room smelled moldy, dirty, finally settled on a different floor but half the time no hot water for shower.
