Can I give it 10 stars? Generally Hamptons are solid hotels and this one was very good too. What set this apart was customer service!!! It started with...I think Ashley....training in management I think....she took my reservation and was amazing on the phone...making sure I felt important and that my needs were addressed...she was VERY patient and efficient.
