Staff is great, always have a room for me, breakfast is usually good, but…..I stay here maybe 2-3 times a month, and recently I have notice after every stay I leave and get home from my trip I have smallbites all over me in clusters of three sometimes more. I don’t stay anywhere but here so something is biting me while I stay here. Rooms look clean but that doesn’t mean something isn’t hiding underneath the sheets…
The essentials were great. Nice room, as clean as you'd expect a 3 star room to be. I hear the included breakfast was good, but I wasn't able to have it, unfortunately. The spa was also down during my stay, but it wasn't a detraction. Housekeeping was great and very friendly, as was the staff. The negatives are the nickel and diming. The free Wi-Fi is abominably slow, you're expected to pay for faster internet. Fine, I guess. The snack bar is hilariously expensive. Want a candy bar? $5. You get what you pay for, I guess.
