Was told that they don't food perks for gold members for free water right by the display talking about the "tastiest part' of gold rewards with snacks and water in it. Toilet beeped high pitched scream all night, empty breakfast, and multiple randos knocking on doors past 10pm. Room was being cleaned at 3 when we got there but housekeeping was right there at 10 an hour before checkout to let themselves while I'm preparing for the day.
Stayed here for a few days for work and had no issues. Clean and spacious rooms.
This Hampton inn in Albuquerque NM was very nice . It checked all of the boxes on an affordable hotel without losing the quality of the stay and the quality of the service . I stay at Hampton inn and Hilton properties often and this is one of the best Hampton inn hotels that I have visited . Everything was great except for some of the guests didn't pick up after their dogs and it ruined a perfect score from me . The hotel is great . Some of the guests just don't respect others .
