Let’s start off with the positives things first, this hotel is very clean including the pool, lobby, room, etc and they have a mini store with everything you need such as ramen, drinks, detergent. The way they decorated the lobby was professional and beautiful. I had no problem with the staff there based on my personal experience. The soap, shampoo and conditioner they gave us was name brand (neutrogena). On the other hand, the washing machine was dusty and dirty

I am so disappointed with the service that was given to my aunt and her family this weekend. My aunt is 78 years of age and the staff there was so disrespectful to her and her service pets. She has two Shih Tzu that are professionally trained and well taken care of. She was accused of her babies being loud and disruptive. I have never seen that side of those dogs at all. I stayed here on June 20, 2025 through June 22, 2025. Overall my stay was good but the rooms could have been cleaner. There was some trash behind the TV and on the side of one bed. The staff is nice here and the location is near retail stores. This location charged me $169.37 that they did not clearly explain. The staff member stated that it was for incidentals but I have never been charged such a specific amount like this for a deposit.
