The worst stay in a Hampton in I have had. I am on a very unfortunate trip to Albany for the passing of a step parent. Upon checking in it was not told to us that the hotel is under renovation. The only room available was a king suite, ok I guess that will work. Over $400 for 2 nights just to hear constant banging above my room started before 9am and continued throughout the day . I asked the front desk about it and I was rudely told that they would refund me one night and check me out if that's what I want. I said it would ... read more
