The rooms were nice but bathroom lacks privacy with barn door. The breakfast was ok but little warm meal choices. Waffles were good
Worst customer service. Front desk employee Casey, rude and zero interpersonal skills. When asking to be transferred to a manager, I am greeted with a voice mail that is full and cannot accept new messages. Says everything in itself. Determined to get help I call back, twice after being hung up on by Casey to be told too bad. Manager is in a meeting. Voice mail is full so too bad no one else here to help. Simply wow!
