The front desk service could not have been better with Casey and Melissa helping us get booked at a very busy time in Abilene. The buffet breakfast was on point and never ran low the few days we were there. The room was good for the price and the 24hr coffee was always hot.
Staff mannerisms are a little bit slacking. When I walked up to the counter, the staff cared more about the conversation they were having before addressing me. It may have been 10s which is way too long to address the customer. Good morning, afternoon or evening needs a little help in the greetings. Breakfast was decent. Need to keep utensils separate for food Allergies to limit cross contamination.
Excellent service, prices include breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Some guests are very inconsiderate, spending the whole night making noise and leaving the TV on at full volume. I think that they need more supervision in that area so that the other guests can rest. For that reason I gave 4 stars.
The only hotel I've stayed in that had a smart TV and was able to watch my netflix.
