Nice atmosphere, and the cleanliness is excellent. Very friendly staff. I was helped by a young lady who had evelin on her shirt.
Our room was on the first floor, we chose that floor because we were traveling with our pets. At the beginning the room looked clean but after a couple of minutes we realize they were a lot of tiny flying bugs in the carpet, the window, the TV…It was impossible to sleep in that room… I went to the front desk to request either a different room or a refund but the initial staff was not very helpful and little rude. We had a freshly redone room, with plenty of space. The staff were welcoming and helpful. A good location for ACU.
