We had a wonderful experience. The staff was great and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The location is close to the venues we needed to access.
Carpet feels a little sticky when trying to walk barefoot, but rooms are clean
This hotel is the worst. So much has gone on and being a diamond member still treated badly. Only helpful person is Alex out of everyone that works in this hotel. If you are diamond member dont go here you will be treated badly, even if they did approve something prior then months later say different.
Hotel is not in good condition, pool and spa were closed, front desk male staff member during checkin was rude, and arrogant to us, and pompous to his coworker. Will not be going to Hamptons again.
