The hotel was clean and the staff I interacted with were always friendly and professional. I received two complimentary bottles of water upon checking in (yes!). The room was spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was easy to access in the lobby/dining area. I received text messages to make sure I was okay which was thoughtful. Overall it was short but pleasant experience and I hope to visit again soon. Thank you.

The staff, all of them, are so nice and accommodating. One staff member allowed me to email documents and photos for her to print. Another shredded documents for me. A housekeeper promptly replaced a wobbly desk chair. The breakfast staff is jovial, efficient, and great cooks especially the fried potatoes! The blueberry waffes are so good they "make you want to slap your mama!"

We had a great stay while we visited Suffolk. It is right off the interstate and the staff was amazing. The morning breakfast had plenty of options and was always hot. I loved the small scones! I definitely recommend staying here! The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The only issue was that our vent was not working and so it took a while to clear out the steam. Also, the elevators had a foul order quite a bit.
