I normally stay at Hamton Inns without even reading reviews. But this one was clean and up to their normal standards. Except for this car parked out front when we checked in at 3pm and next morning at 9am. Some fellow standing there like he owned the place. He wouldn’t even answer my questions like. Is that your car? Car needs towed out of the load & unload area. Causes hardships for elderly people.
Disappointed with my stay. The noise level was unbearable, every conversation from the lobby echoed into my room like it was happening right next to me. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never experienced anything like this. The pillows were ridiculously small and uncomfortable, which made sleeping even more difficult. It honestly felt like the owners are cutting corners wherever they can. This might be a busy tourist area, but that’s no excuse for such a poor guest experience. Definitely wouldn’t return or recommend.
I stayed there 4 days no house keeping, I tried to talk to the manager about a better rate she refused to talk to me. One of the elevators didn't work, the ice machine didn't work on my floor. I stay at alot of hampton inn for my work this is the worst one I experienced they should be embarrassed I don't think richard hilton would approve of this poorly run hotel
