I'd rate this hotel 3+ stars, mainly because it falls short of Hilton’s usual standards. The biggest issue was the poor ventilation — everything in the room felt consistently damp and uncomfortable, and this extended to the common areas too. On the positive side, the complimentary breakfast was great (as expected from this chain), and our kids really enjoyed the indoor pool during our two-night stay. The hotel is outdated. Weird smell in the halls. Breakfast no more than ok.
We read reviews before we got here for our stay..7/23/25 to 7/26/25..I was a little nervous based on some reviews 😓.. It was a great stay.😁😁😁 The room was clean. The staff excellent and accommodating.🥰🥰 The breakfast great! There were no bugs like reviews said..The pool was spotless and clean. Everything was perfect ..The shower was fine..hot water. No problems at all. Everything was perfect 👌 👍 🥰 💞
From 10-3 am the room next to us was in full party mode. Not expecting quiet it's a hotel. By 1 am were frustrated and called the front desk. Multiple calls and no change. The TV was so loud it shook our beds that we're attached to the same wall. They came into our room to clean it while we were in there. Early morning around 7 am. After getting about 2 hours of sleep.
