The hotel is in a great location and rooms were clean but the staff was not very friendly. My mom and I had a flight in the evening and needed to stay at least for a couple hours after checkout but the day time front desk concierge only gave us an hour. We were quiet and clean the entire time and once the time was approaching they began to hover and make us uncomfortable. We ended up leaving before our hour was up.
