The girl on third shift was very rude and not helpful at all on Thursday I was told her name was Desha or something like that she was mean and very short with us and our children that is not someone who should be in hospitality let alone at the front desk dealing with people and their children. But all of the other staff are great and very helpful and the girls loved the pool.

I have stayed here several times over the past year. My 2 most recent stays within the last 3 months have been the worst. The water in the rooms was barely above lukewarm in the shower and sink. The toilets fill up high with water before they finally flush. The hotel has potential but it really needs a complete renovation. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I did inform them of the water issue in the rooms but it is still an issue as of 3/16.

First off, I went to book this hotel for a dance competition. I googled the hotel. In fact, I’ve done it many times since and each time it’s never the actual hotel that you call! You call “hotel Reservations” You talk to people that don’t even have an English accent, Shady booking. I’m not the only one that did this also!
