The new rooms look nice and "look" clean, but when we checked out the sheets, there were curly hairs in them that are NOT from one's head. Hell no. Went next door instead. The woman at the front desk is very sweet, however. These are two picks, but there were a lot more. Gross. I'm a rewards member and very disappointed. This does not represent your brand well.

Only reason i gave 2 stars is because the front desk girl (sorry, can't recall her name) her customer service was just lovely. However, the hotel and rooms are horrible. We felt like we entered a half way house. The room was filthy and the carpet was very wet. We had to wear shoes in the room cuz the carpet made our socks wet and dirty. The entire room when you start looking around you realize there is just dirt and grime and is just gross everywhere. Newly renovated, clean and bright. Great breakfast. Stay here every time I travel from Massachusetts to North Carolina

My room was clean but outside tbe door nothing worked. Back door did not work. Work out room not ready. Elevators out. No ice machine on first floor. Microwave did not work. No snack room. Did not recognize me as a diamond member. The breakfast was too fake. Eggs not cooked all tbe way, bacon fake. No room service tag for your door. The atmosphere gave you an abandoned feeling.
