What a joke of a hotel. No shampoo, no body wash, broken shower.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! Especially if you have kids. My 16 year old son had an event at MS State. I was coming in from work and wouldn’t arrive to the hotel until after midnight, so my older 20 year old son went with my 16 year old son to check in prior to my arrival (and we have done this countless times with Hilton). My 20 year old was added as an authorized person to check in; however, the front desk supervisor, Ben Phillips, would not let them check in because my oldest son was not 21. Service is horrible. The guy at the front desk was so rude and laughed at us when we had a mistake with the booking. Laughed in our faces. Send me smart comments straight to us do not recommend ever going there
