I had reserved 2 rooms, 1 handicapped and 1 normal. I had also reserved adjoining rooms for these. Im glad I called the day we were leaving. Someone had canceled one of the rooms and could not get what I had originally reserved.
Carpet in the room creates nasty foot bottom. Everything else is nice, so far.
Unacceptable Room Conditions and Lack of Follow- I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at this Hampton Inn. After a 450-mile journey, we arrived and checked in for what was supposed to be a three-night stay.
