Everything was perfect. Hotel was clean, check in was quick and easy, I appreciated the text messages from the hotel asking if there were anything we needed, and the pool and pool area was sparkling clean. When times unexpectedly changed for my son at the nearby Army installation the staff accommodated us with a last minute late checkout request. Get a hot tub like every hotel should have and I’ll remove the one star. This place sucks.
The room was clean. Terrence at the front desk was nice. Location was great- next to dining, gas, and Walmart. However, I believe this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel but it felt “cheap motel” like. Not much effort put into breakfast. The room? Again clean but not comfortable or accommodating AT ALL. The pillows- below trash. The bed is on a center slat so if you sit on an edge, the other side plops up. The max tv volume is locked at 75, but it seems more like 20 so we couldn’t even enjoy tv in our misery.
