Great hotel overall! Rooms were spotless and the location is great. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has been recently renovated, and it looks much better than the photos currently shown online, which still seem to be the old ones. Everything felt fresh, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet, allowing us to sleep really well. The room itself is beautiful and clean. The only issue I have come across are minimal in nature. The AC unit located in my room (#227) is quite loud. It made it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep during the night. All staff I have in contact with during my stay have been exceptionally professional and kind.
I don’t leave reviews, but the breakfast here was absolutely pathetic. There is no protein, they were out of half the things they advertised, and I had to ask the person at the front desk to put out cups and refill the coffee. There was no bottled water in our room and the air conditioning controls barely work. Stay somewhere else if you can. I stayed here last year and had a great experience. I don’t know what has happened, but I won’t stay here again if I can avoid it.
