As a person who is a Marriott platinum I appreciated how I was greeted and given comp water just being Gold Hilton. But the breakfast is a scam. There is no continental breakfast, nothing there is continental just muffins and bread and corn flakes, no warm egg no pancakes, I compared it to Marriott, even the lowest hotels at Marriott they offer warm breakfast. The coffee is cold and it’s only 9am. Don’t be deceived with the continental breakfast advertising. Nothing is continental.

This Hilton is very nice and clean and definitely a lot more modern than what we had in mind. My sister and I came in very late and they had a door system that is really neat where no one can enter past a late time in the night without the front desk letting you in. We checked in and crashed into our nice made beds! We slept in so we didn’t make breakfast although when I needed toothpaste from the front desk the lady was so nice and had a very warm greeting. We had unexpected car trouble while traveling with our four kids and needed a place to stay last minute. The staff at Spark Hotel were incredibly kind and understanding during a stressful situation. They even graciously allowed us to stay past checkout while our car was in the shop, which was a huge help for our family. A special thank you to Katlyn and Debbie for their kindness and hospitality. Their care and flexibility truly made a difficult day much easier. We’re very grateful!
