Where to start. As soon as I walked in the building, staff greeted me friendly. I stayed for business but they made my experience here.Warming. the rums may have been a little outdated, but the service definitely made up for that. The one that touched me the most was Ms. Thompson. The woman that works the breakfast, she is just an amazing angel. Everything was seamless from booking to checkout
This staff is unbelievably rude. The manager on duty was an absolute jerk. Jason, I think was his name? The rooms were decent but we won’t be back because this staff is the worst hotel staff we have ever dealt with.
The staff here is very friendly and super helpful! Shout out to Jason, in particular, but they were all great! My sister had a back problem and they all jumped in to help out.
Such nice people. They go the extra mile to help!
