The bed was very unfortunate. Water was standing in the tub while we showered. The breakfast area sesting area wasn't clean.
Nice hotel. Very close to I -29 exit so I found that to be very nice. Room smelled good and was clean. Mason (the front desk clerk) was very nice and very professional. He also was very helpful as far as giving me advice about places to dine at in the area.
I've called 24 times this afternoon. No one will pick up the phone. At this point, I should just cancel the room reservation and go to a non-Hilton hotel. The hotel should have someone on staff during the day to answer the phone.
