Busy week - roomkey system went down, staff was over accommodating. 10 out of 10 for professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail.
Nice older hotel with great service at front desk. Called to make sure our room Experience was good.
The staff was courteous and helpful; however, the accommodations were not ideal. Upon check-in, we needed to switch rooms due to extensive water damage on the wall and a noticeable odor of mold or standing water. In the second room, the duvet was stained, and the door appeared misaligned, as if it had previously been forced open. It did not feel secure or clean.
Liked the place but it needs to be renovated. In 2025 everyone has phones etc to charge and most of the outlets are so old and worn out that they do not hold charger prongs
