I only stay in Hampton Inn’s when we travel this one was well over due for a remodel! The staff were very nice but the halls smelled of mildew and the room was not nice at all. The air conditioner was propped up with a board and the bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter. The water smelled terrible also. Like I said it really needs a remodel and for $170 a night it’s so not worth it.

Attentive staff. Nice room. Located within walking distance of the outlet mall.
First, the staff was GREAT so I don’t want this review to reflect them. However, what is important to me in a hotel is cleanliness and things to work. My first room had neither. Ac broken, not my hairs in the shower, caulking everywhere in the bathroom was gross, window shade wouldn’t work…ice maker on the floor didn’t work, carpets are disgusting throughout the halls. I choose Hampton because they used to be very consistent, but not this one.
