Nice room quality service and reasonable price
First, the room smelled like mildew and the managers were rude and messy. One (Lily) gossiped about another employee to me about potentially losing their job and she was talking about me and my registered service animal to other guests. While trying to eat breakfast, she was whispering to the kitchen staff about me and possibly whoever was with me in my family and both of them constantly looking at us making the whole experience uncomfortable. I only stay in Hampton Inn’s when we travel this one was well over due for a remodel! The staff were very nice but the halls smelled of mildew and the room was not nice at all. The air conditioner was propped up with a board and the bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter. The water smelled terrible also. Like I said it really needs a remodel and for $170 a night it’s so not worth it.
