The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Located is good. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Not far from downtown. 2 stars missing because the handicapped lift for the pool did not work. We called 3 months before we booked and they assured us it did work then call a week before and was assured again. They said the battery needed to be replaced. That's not true and the ADA law says it has too work. Same access for everyone and ST. Augustine is known as a very wheelchair friendly destination. It was hot and my sons... read more
