Everything was great except the beds are terribly uncomfortable. We had a group of about 20 people and we all felt the same way. However, the rooms were ice cold, the views were great, the path to the beach was a 2 minute walk, the pool area was nice, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was good. Great location to watch the shuttle launch. I would stay there again.
It was a pretty decent run of the mill hotel. The access to the beach was extremely convenient and the Continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen and ran for a decent timeframe. 3 stars because the bedding was extremely thin and pillows were cheap hotel pillows. Corners in the bathroom haven't been cleaned in quite a long time, layers of gunk in several spots. On our last day my husband spotted mold growing in the picture on the wall. We had to request a microwave even though the listing states every room has a microwave. Beds very uncomfortable and room had a “wet dog” smell. Beach was great, though a bit of a walk. Had water hose to rinse off with since the outside showers did not work. Have to ask for pool towels at front desk every time. Elevators very slow. Breakfast was meh but it was free. Don’t waste your money. When we checked in our reservation was messed up and we were charged extra for another room we never booked. It was 2 am so we didn’t have a choice but to stay. Still trying to figure out what the final bill will be. Got your room to find the bath mat disgusting, water damage in the bathroom, toilet handle messed up, the balcony rail loose(we are on the forth floor), the shower head fell off on my husband while he was showering.
