Very friendly staff as always.
This was our first experience with Hilton and it did not disappoint! The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was so nice having the key on my phone and bypassing checking in at the front desk. The staff were amazing! Especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was high quality too! We will definitely be using Hilton again in the future and will come back to this hotel the next time we are traveling this way!
We arrived Tuesday (3/18/25) late after a flight delay & missed connection flight out of DFW. Our room was just as I had requested. Good welcome at check in. In addition, the TV was turned on with my name on it! Breakfast was good. Beds were Hilton quality. After a good nights sleep, we continued on our travels refreshed. Quiet room At this time, we have no plans to return to Springfield, MO, if we did, we would stay here.
