We have stayed here many times when visiting family in Columbia (Nashville). The hotel is clean and the staff always treat you like family! The rooms are nice and they just did a refresh in the hotel!
How do I get in touch with the regional manager for this location? I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for weeks now and the general manager at this location has not been helpful. 17June2025 Thank you for responding but I have already called the customer service line and spoken to several people. I have yet to receive a call back or response. We were charged incorrectly for our stay and did not damage our room. Stay here for a weekend for my grandson’s first birthday! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent coffee bar and free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
