I called and spoke to Kenya to check on my reservation however, I called the wrong location. She was nice and took the time to help me find the location I was looking for for my reservation. She was so pleasant. She has me wanting to visit Springhill Hampton Inn just to stay awesome 365,000 stars.
I recently held a baby shower at the Hampton Inn Spring Hill and was very disappointed with the management and staff. I had a prior agreement with the manager that I would pay for extra time if the event ran over. Despite this, a staff member entered the room during the function, told us our "time was up," and physically locked the doors while we were still there.
