Horrible service! Gross hotel. I was told my room would be ready by 2pm and it wasn’t. She said she wouldn’t let us into the room til 3pm. Ended up sitting outside. Everytime a guest walked in the front desk girl with her attitude would be missing until the person would start hollering for help. I had to do the same. We ended up switching the hotel after seeing how dirty it was and couldn’t be happier leaving this place.
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, we had a great experience.
What can I say, I've stayed at this location twice. Never again. Every time I have been to this location, I've had to wait for someone to come to the front counter. This is peak check in time and no one is at the counter? Also Announcing room numbers with others in the lobby makes me feel unsafe. The room was missing chairs or anywhere to sit that was convenient to eat or work, I couldn't do work in my room. Bed was like sleeping on rocks. As a multi year diamond member.. I have to say .. I doubt the owner realizes how bad of staff he has. We booked the room.. check in Friday & Check out Sunday. I digitally checked in Friday but wasn't able to make it there til Sat. Omw there the room disappeared from my app.. I called and the woman put me on hold then hung up.. no biggie .. I called back and asked her name.. she said no.. what can I help you with.. I told her I digitally checked in last night and am on my way there but my room is no longer showing on my app. ... read more
Just got my final receipt for my few day stay and my god I will never stay there ever again $1.240, they are a complete rip off, save yourself a lot of money and just go up the hill to super 8 it’s way cheaper than this dump I’d give no stars but it won’t let me
