Jacuzzi didn’t work snd was warm at best. Pool was cold. After driving all day , a nice jacuzzi and moving around in a pool is wonderful. Not worth the price. Liz S

If I could give zero stars I would. We are stranded in Spearfish with vehicle issues since 4am. I went in to get a room and was immediately looked up and down by the two ladies working tonight. When I asked if they had a room available they made no effort to look in the system and told me no. There were only two cars in the lot. I am a Hilton Honors member and have been so disappointed with their customer service lately will be looking at other choices going forward.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Hampton Inn in Spearfish was extremely disappointing. For the price you pay to stay at a hotel like this, you expect cleanliness, working amenities, and friendly customer service. Sadly, this hotel fell short in almost every area. The bathtub had mildew, and there was no bathroom exhaust fan. On top of that, the tub was extremely slippery, with no nonslip surface or grip strips to help prevent someone from falling. So much wrong with this location. We checked in on the app and generally get a confirmation when our room is ready. Nothing. So we went in and waited and waited and waited. No sign announcing where the person was, nothing. There was a sign announcing no wifi or hot tub as they were “broken”. She struggled to find us a room but settled on the one we were assigned in the app. Nothing announced about amenities, acknowledging us as members, etc. Room was fine, but not kept up.
