Very poor service. Room and bath were dirty, and breakfast was poor. The oatmeal was mostly water and was not consumable.

First the positives: Great location off I90 and the Hampton brightness gave it a positive vibe. However.... Service at front desk was bordering on rude. No mention of the happiness guarantee, maybe because the team are not happy. The employees spent more time talking to each other rather than provide any service. Amenties...a good game to play as a family would be find the trash can. Only 1 small one in the room and some of those in public areas were hidden, not bought by owners or covered with cardboard. We are Hilton Diamond members and have stayed at many Hilton properties, but this experience was far below the standard we expect. We pre-booked, checked in, and selected our room through the app as usual, but our digital key never arrived. When we got to the property, no one greeted us, and we waited quite a while before finally being helped.
