I got charged twice for the same room. i made the reservation a month ago and paid in full. when i arrived they asked for my credit card and i said i hope you dont charge me again. and they did. i can not get in touch with billing. the customer service is the worst.
HOTEL LOST POWER (NO HEAT IN BLIZZARD) Came to feel safe with my baby because of a blizzard and we ended up loosing power. they lied and said they had a generator that would turn on but it was just for their kitchen lighting. Heating during a blizzard was not an emergency or priority for them. Me and my baby were freezing cold and none of the housekeeping ladies provided us anything. sadly really bad stay.
