The hotel's public use areas are dirty and the service I received upon arrival was tepid at best. I was there for 7 nights for work in the area and my room was never serviced. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. My room’s television was so dim it was completely unusable. I reported it the first night and was assured it would be addressed the next day. When I returned from work, nothing had been done, forcing me to spend a second night without a basic amenity I paid for. What made this unacceptable was learning that staff already knew multiple rooms had defective televisions, yet the hotel continued renting those rooms to unsuspecting guests.
