2025-July. There were ample parking spaces available around the building. We arrived late at night but our check-in was quick. We really appreciated the excellent communication with staff—they responded quickly via text and addressed our requests with impressive promptness. For example, we noticed there was no hand soap at the sink when we arrived, but a quick message to the front desk had that resolved almost immediately. Stayed here on vacation while visiting friends that live nearby. This place is very well maintained. Rooms are quiet and clean. Exterior is great! Customer service was phenomenal! Kara took great care of us check in, Breakfast was hot and tasty. Easy access from the freeway. Right next to Pilot truck stop right next door. Across freeway from outlet stores. Great location! We would use this again if we are in the area!
My stay was good. Very quiet area which I appreciate. My room was fine, nothing fancy. Bathroom was fine, but I had issues trying to get the shower to work. It was hard pulling the little handle to get the shower to turn on, it kind of hurt my hand. I was able to get it to work though and I was only staying one night, so I wasn't too worried.
