Nice clean rooms, service was great. No issues with this stay! Would stay here again and recommend this place.
We ended up grabbing the last room available after leaving another hotel that was absolutely disgusting, and we were so relieved to finally have a clean room! The AC worked great, the tub drained properly (and even had a plug, which was perfect for giving our son a bath), and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The beds weren’t super comfy, but they were decent enough for a few nights. Disappointed by Management and Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at this Hampton Inn. Due to an issue with my reservation, I requested a refund—but the manager refused to work with me or offer any kind of resolution. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no effort to make things right. It felt like they cared more about keeping the money than keeping a customer. Jenny the manager was not very empathetic towards my moms and I situation when we tried to call and explain that we had broke down on the side of a mountain and wouldn’t be able to make it to the hotel.
***AMERICAN GREED***I recently had a deeply upsetting experience at the Hampton location managed by Jenny. Due to a tragic family emergency—my cousin was killed—I had to cancel my stay. On top of that, my brakes failed while I was in another state, making travel impossible. Despite explaining the situation, Jenny refused to refund the night I was charged for.
