Nice Hampton right off the interstate. It is easy to get in and out and there is plenty of parking for any size vehicle from sedan to big rigs. Front desk staff is helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast is the new norm, minimal but adequate. The hotel is currently in renovation. There was no noise to speak of in the 4 days I was there but I am also not sure any work actually got done either. Overall the hotel is nice and I would return if in the area.
Called the hotel directly to modify a reservation that I couldn't do through the app. Frankie, the gal that answered the phone was extremely friendly. Her customer service was top notch. You could hear her smile and friendly demeanor throughout the call. She exudes happiness - thank you!
Grumpy, fowl mouth guy at reception desk. Didn't give us water for Honors Membership. Next morning, I saw he park in the Diamnd Member parking spot. Breakfast burnt. Dust everywhere due to remodeling.
Pros: Location is good and easily accessible. Rooms are good and clean, price is reasonable. Cons: Shower head needs service. Insufficient amount of towels. Towels felt like sand paper. Breakfast was extremely poor for the price!
Just off the interstate, great service and I like that breakfast starts at 0600.
