Not what I expect from a Hilton affiliated hotel. Room was less than desirable and pretty run down upon check in but was “ok” until we found a cockroach on one of the beds. We went to the front desk to request a new room and were told they were fully booked. So we had to find another hotel at the last minute. Trying to get a refund ended up being a bit of a nightmare since I prepaid for the “non refundable” room. The location is convenient, but that’s the only real positive. After staying there, I am in shock at the price I was charged. The room had an intense animal urine odor, and the restroom smelled of human urine. There were questionable stains and soap scum all over the shower, so I did not use it. I was very uncomfortable trying to sleep with the stench and would likely have gotten more rest if I’d slept in my vehicle instead. Rooms smell funny and need updating. Front desk guy was professional and pleasant. Room was not clean, carpet was stinky and dirty
