The front desk guy was kind, and I called a couple times to ask questions and then confirm the reservation and all the folks who answered were very kind and patient with my silly questions. Sqeet folks, clean rooms.
Not the worst but the rooms are quite dirty and the AC is on a motion sensor meaning the rooms get very hot overnight.
As soon as I walked in the door to the lobby I was hit with a mold/mildew smell. I saw an indoor pool directly beside the lobby so I thought that might be why. However, my first floor room also smelled this way & showed obvious signs of water damage and mold. I quickly made this reservation due to a family emergency based on the overall rating without reading reviews & definitely regret it. I’m probably going to be sick from staying in this moldy place.
Rooms are very clean. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff is extremely nice, courteous, and helpful.
We stay here from time to time; I will say trying to find a staff member is kinda hard/ Its also a bit expensive... but the rooms are clean and the staff is nice
