Great location Friendly staff The not so great: The first room I checked into had no hot water. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. She moved me to another room. The second room had hot water, but.. bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. Hair in the shower, small pieces of trash near sink. I checked the bed, the fitted sheet has a huge unwelcoming stain on it. Excellent and friendly. Comfy beds.
Honestly it needs a remodel. The room stunk once we got in and didn’t cool as efficiently as I would have liked. Trashy people were in the breakfast room causing issues with other customers and staff.
Rooms are dated but clean. Hotel could use a remodel.
The staff here at the Hampton inn are more than just employees they are very caring and go above and beyond we had a residential emergency and they worked thru it every step of the way you don't find people like cayla and Jennifer in the work place dont go anywhere else
