When I tell you every single employee here treated you like family and so kind and helpful. Each and everyone of them. I wish I could name them all but JD and Sara I did remember. Everyone From the breakfast staff to housekeeping to front desk helpful and amazing!! The Hotel is well taken care of, clean, and so convenient!! We had the best experience at this location. We use the airport pick up service and our driver Tia was amazing. She was courteous and extremely helpful. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted warmly and received exceptional customer service from Rosa at the desk. The hotel was clean and the rooms that my family stayed in were spacious and met all of our expectations. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, and having a large gas station right across the street was a real plus. It made it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, and other necessities whenever needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the housekeeping team. They were cheerful, pleasant, and always seemed to bring a positive energy to the hotel. My only real disappointment was the breakfast service.
