People are very helpful
The hotel facilities are fine, but staff was not very kind or helpful. Just made up information because they didn’t wanna do things and very very slow process to check in.
Lavelle the shuttle driver was incredible! Quick to pick us up from the airport, friendly, and willing to make an extra stop for us when he certainly did not have to!
Great customer service, especially Becca at the desk and Hector driving the shuttle. Saved a couple bucks on Ubers thanks to the shuttle. Everyone was very accommodating and so friendly. Thanks!
A great location easily accessed from I5 and 405. Feels like a newer hotel. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of food around the area. Close enough to the airport.
