I had an excellent experience at this hotel. After a disappointing stay at the Tampa Riverwalk Hotel, this was a refreshing change. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly have no complaints—everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. 10/10 experience.
Not impressed. The hallways were littered especially by the elevator. The A/C in the room didn’t work properly and the room was humid. I saw that the hotel had under a 4 star rating and now I know why.
