I had an excellent experience at this hotel. After a disappointing stay at the Tampa Riverwalk Hotel, this was a refreshing change. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly have no complaints—everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. 10/10 experience.
Not impressed. The hallways were littered especially by the elevator. The A/C in the room didn’t work properly and the room was humid. I saw that the hotel had under a 4 star rating and now I know why.
I booked here thinking it would be a Hilton experience, but it felt more like a Red Roof Inn. Would not stay here again, rooms are super outdated. The only thing it had going for it was the location.
Stay away. Outrageous high price with mediocre facilities. TV didn't work. Fridge wasn't cold. Bathroom doesn't have a fan. Tea water Luke warm, not hot.
