This is a typical Hampton Inn experience It’s not amazing, but it’s in a great location. It’s right across the street from bike rentals and a brewery. I would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in Santa Cruz. We had an issue with the TV not working in our room and they sent someone down immediately to look at it. The person was very nice so no complaints.
You will absolutely love this hotel! It's clean, and a very nice atmosphere. I'm totally impressed. You have places within walking distance to service your needs!
Terrible. Arrived to my room and found the door wide open with a work cart. Appreciate that they are trying to keep up aesthetics but they need to communicate that with the front desk. Went to my second room and it smelled stale and musky. Also, my tv did not work. Would never stay here again.
