I personally really liked this inn! Had to make a quick last minute stop here. Visited while on my trip to UC Santa Cruz. Clean Sheets and Clean Towels were provided and even a complementary breakfast!! Would recommend for a quick one night stop!
Stayed there 2 nights. Booked a king suite room was immaculate. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
When you get to your room you will notice that there is no bathroom door but rather a sliding door that gives little to no privacy which honestly ruined it for me because I had to room with my you get siblings along with another person I barely know so I was really hoping for some kind of privacy. The breakfast was mediocre at best, the Hampton I went to in Seattle was 100% more accommodating. The pool was less of a pool and more like a small hot tub that was lukewarm. Loved the heating of the pool, just not the size.
Rooms are ok. They are clean and up to date. The thing that gets me is the bathroom door. It’s one of those barn doors that slides closed with gaps on the sides and a “lock” that lets the door open an inch before stopping it. I just don’t feel like I have privacy at all. Lovely one night away for a quick Santa Cruz trip! Clean hotel, and good service. Jordan at the front desk was especially so kind and helpful. The only thing is the bathroom door in the room—provides little privacy and nothing to suppress sounds from the bathroom. I do wish they had some sort of fitness room too. Cars could be loud since we were right by the freeway. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. Overall I’d stay again though!
