Returning customer, on business, working in coastal area for many years and this hotel falls within the Hilton family and my LAST choice in the area. Every time I’ve stayed at this location I book on accident thinking I chose the Garden inn down the road. Each time I’ve had to wait at the lobby for over ten minutes to check in outside peak hours and each time I was behind one customer with a legitimate complaint such as undisclosed fees, parking, or other.
