Angel was great at the front desk. Very welcoming and kind. He made it great.
Great location. Not the greatest value, kind of on the high priced side. Dated hotel. My wife is a night shift travel nurse and sleeps during the day. She was assured by the front desk the first night she checked in that the hotel is quiet and they have many day sleepers. Some rooms had refrigerators that barely kept drinks cool and others had moldy ceilings. As a long time Honors Hilton member, I expected a better experience overall, but unfortunately, this stay missed the mark. The front desk staff was polite and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the room itself was not ideal; the air conditioner was extremely loud and didn’t seem to cool properly. The bathroom was also in need of attention; the enamel around the drain was peeling, making the thought of a relaxing bath unappealing and possibly unsanitary. Nice hotel and staff. They had bacon everyday we were there. I can't eat the funky eggs and sausage from most hotels so this was a major plus for me. Nice breakfast selection otherwise. Nice and spacious room. Beds were comfortable and smelled clean. Hotel manager was more than accommodating. Even asked if we needed coffee or anything. Had a great stay all around.
